  4. Vitamins: They are essential for the proper functioning of the body’s metabolism. They are found in a wide variety of foods, including fruits, vegetables, and dairy products. Different vitamins have different functions, such as helping the body produce red blood cells, maintaining healthy skin, and protecting the body against disease.
  5. Minerals: They are essential for the proper functioning of the body’s metabolism. They are found in foods like meats, dairy products, and leafy green vegetables. Different minerals have different functions, such as helping the body form strong bones, carrying oxygen in the blood, and regulating the body’s fluid balance.
  6. Water – essential for maintaining body temperature, transporting nutrients, and removing waste products.
  7. Fiber – helps with digestion and maintaining a healthy gut.
  8. Antioxidants – help protect the body against damage from harmful molecules called free radicals.
  9. Omega-3 fatty acids – play an important role in brain health and development.
  10. Probiotics – live microorganisms that help to maintain a healthy balance of bacteria in the gut.
