5 exercise to reduce belly fat for female at home

But it’s going to be tough exercises that burn fat and develop muscle. Most people believe that abdominal exercises are those which mainly focus on the abdominal area and hence give faster results than any other type of exercises.

As someone who has successfully gotten rid of belly fat in the recent past, I am here to show you some of the best ways to lose belly fat that work. The Best Exercises for Losing Stomach Fat Fast

If so, here are a few fantastic exercises to shed belly fat and reduce your chance of heart problems.

1. Cycling:

If you have enough time, cycling is one of the best ways to burn fat and reduce stress, which in turn helps you lose fat. Slowly begin to pedal with your feet, as you would a bicycle, and, at the same time, bring your elbow up to meet the opposite knee (right elbow touches left knee, then left elbow touches right knee). Continue through 1 -3 sets, each of 12 – 16 reps.

2. Yoga:

With regard to stress reduction and core strength building, it’s difficult to conquer yoga when it comes to efficiency. Yoga can help to eliminate the creation of stress hormones and strengthen your ab muscles, rendering it a fantastic exercise to get rid of abdominal fat.

3. The Exercise Ball Lift:

This is another great way to work out your lower abs. The more ‘stops’ you introduce on your way up and down with the ball, the more challenging the exercise becomes. Lie flat on the floor with the exercise ball between your feet. With your shoulders and neck still in neutral, lift your feet and grip the ball.

Slowly raise the ball into the air and hold just as your legs approach the vertical. Just as slowly, lower the ball back to the floor, without letting go. As usual, do between 1 and 3 sets of 12-16 reps each.

4. Core Strength:

Obtaining a slim stomach requires greater than endless sit-ups and crunches. Variations on these exercises can help you whittle your waist faster. For instance, rather than regular crunches, the American Council on Exercise recommends vertical leg crunches. These are performed face up together with your legs held at a 45-degree angle from your floor.

Core strength can be developed by doing leg lifts and crunches with the help of a workout ball. Exercise balls ask you to sustain your balance, which puts all your core muscles to operate. For muscle symmetry, make sure to work your back muscles too.

5. Swimming:

I cannot recommend swimming enough. I’m not sure if is it right to put swimming in the general exercises category as it works pretty well to reduce belly fat.

The best exercises to lose belly fat are usually the most primitive full-body movements as they’ll not only burn fat but they’ll also build lean muscle. And we all know that lean muscle is going to burn more fat as well so the more the merrier.
